Refund Policy

We at UAB "Optimalus pokeris" stand behind our software products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, our Refund Policy is as follows:

• Full refund within 14 days of purchase if the software has not been activated.
• If you have activated the software and are unsatisfied, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
• Refunds requested more than 30 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was the result of a fraudulent purchase.
